Using this site and the
yesmcp demo connector

Short version: everything here is free and open to guests, the demo connector is a demonstration rather than a service you can depend on, and paid work is covered by a separate written agreement signed before anything starts. What we do with your data is a different page, and it is /privacy/.
Who you are dealing with
This site and the yesmcp connector are operated by Serhii Kravchenko, a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine under his own name. yesmcp is what this project is called, not a separate company. Reach us at [email protected].
This website
The pages here describe what we build and what we have measured. They are information, not an offer: prices, scenarios and timelines on this site become binding only inside a signed agreement. Where a page states a number, it was measured on a real system on the date shown next to it, and it can be out of date by the time you read it.
The demo connector
The connector at mcp.yesmcp.com is a demonstration. It runs as a guest service: no account, no login, no payment. We keep it running because it is our own evidence, and we change it when we learn something, so tools may be added, renamed or withdrawn without notice. We promise no uptime and no continuity of any particular tool.
Do not put anything into it that you would mind us seeing, and do not connect it to a system of yours that matters. It is a place to see how a connector behaves inside an assistant, not a place to run your business from.
Booking a consultation
A booking, whether made on this site, inside an AI chat or through our Telegram bot, is a request for a free conversation at a time we both hold. It creates no payment obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline a booking, and so may you: replying to the confirmation email reaches a person. Bookings made against reviewer test windows are treated like any other record.
What we ask in return
Use the site and the connector without attacking them. That means no attempts to break, overload or probe past what the tools openly offer, no automated hammering of the booking endpoint, and no using the connector to reach anyone but us. The booking endpoint is rate limited, and we block abuse when we see it.
Our writing, and our data
The articles, page copy, logo and code of this site belong to us. Quote a paragraph with a link and we are glad; republish a piece whole and we are not.
The directory census is deliberately open. The dataset at /data/directory.json is published under CC BY 4.0: use it, including commercially, and credit yesmcp.com. We count it by hand, we date every count, and we would rather it travelled than sat here.
What we do not promise
The site and the demo connector are provided as they are. Assistants change, hosts change, and a free demonstration can be down when you need it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from relying on this site or the demo connector. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud.
Paid work is a different document
When we build a connector for a business, the engagement gets its own written agreement covering scope, price, access to your systems, data protection and what happens at the end. That agreement governs the work, and it takes precedence over this page. Nothing here creates it.
Law, and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If they change materially, the effective date at the top changes with them and the new text is published at this same URL.
